Treatment Update

I think my treatment will change over time but here is what I take daily to help curb my symptoms. If you read the Long Term Maintenance study you can see that different symptoms need different approaches. So depending on the day I might tweak things. I am feeling better each day. Also, this is all still pretty new to me. So I’m taking a lot of things that I believe are helping correct some underlying issues that I won’t have to keep taking indefinitely. Morning Aminos – as soon as I wake up

With Breakfast (must include protein)

With Dinner

Before Bed

As Needed for Anxiety

If not falling asleep in half an hour

If I don’t have to worry about the flush

  • Extra Niacin throughout the day
